Tips for Healthier Living | CHERON DEARLE HOLISTIC

In a nutshell, my tips for a softer way of healing and a healthier lifestyle are these:

- At least 8 hours sleep each night

- Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day

- Eat at least two helpings of animal protein each day

- At least 30 mins exercise per day

- Reduce and keep an eye on sugar intake every day
